We want you to love your handcrafted home decor, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the rug or accessory in its original protective plastic sleeve and box to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
